Friends, family, followers, and fans…

We regret to announce the immediate closing of Tualatin Valley Distilling, LLC.

While we had intended to continue operating on an appointment only basis for the remainder of the year, a few missteps in timing on our part resulted in an expired license preventing us from continuing sampling and sales in Oregon. We deeply apologize for the immediacy of this announcement and regret any appointment cancellations over the past few weeks because of this closure of business.

What does this mean for you? In the short term, you can still obtain our commercially available spirits (while supplies last) from our 3rd party retailer, Ezra’s at: http://ezras.com/brand/tualatin-valley-distilling

In the long-term, we are continuing to investigate new location options and funding potential with an eye to reboot the company and brand. We’d urge you to follow us on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, or on our website via email subscriptions to be notified of any changes or updates in our status.

We appreciate your understanding as well as your past (and hopefully future) support in our endeavors. Your support and belief in our mission has meant the world to us as we built TVD and our product portfolio from concept to bottle over the past 5 years.

Of course we’d be remiss if we didn’t thank Ted Pappas, owner of Big Bottom Distilling, for the opportunity he afforded us to startup and make a go of it. It’s been an amazing learning experience. We’re honored and proud to have had the chance under his roof and mentorship.

Until we meet again, Slainte’ Mhath!
